Highly Flexible 3 hrs Lunch or Dinner Shifts

Japanese Food Stall (Mentai-Ya Japanese Cuisine) requires 5 service crew (Part Time or Full Time) across Singapore.

Flexible 3 Hours Lunch OR Dinner Shifts available highly suitable for STUDENTS wanting to work 11.30am to 2.30pm [LUNCH 3hrs] or 5pm to 8pm [DINNER 3hrs]. Multiple outlets and plenty of shifts to choose from.

No experience is OK, Key is the attitude and willing to learn!

$11 per hour for the first 6 months and $12 per hour after 6 months.

We have many students with us, during exam periods we will definitely allow our crews to take 2 to 3 weeks break to focus on their exams.

Renumerations

(A) Month 1 to 3

$12/hr
Transport Allowance = $100/m
Food Allowance = $100/m
24 days x 4 Hrs x $12 + $100 + $100 = $1352

(B) Month 4 to Month 12

$13/hr
Transport Allowance = $150/m
Food Allowance = $150/m
24 days x 4 Hrs x $13 + $150 + $150 = $1548

(C) Month 13 Onwards

$14/hr
Transport Allowance = $200/m
Food Allowance = $200/m
24 days x 4 Hrs x $14 + $200 + $200 = $1744

If you have a passion for making waffles, serving ice cream, and preparing Japanese food, specifically our signature Salmon Mentai Don and other Mentai dishes, this might be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve delicious waffles, ice cream, and Japanese food items, with a focus on our signature Salmon Mentai Don and other Mentai dishes.
Ensure accurate and timely order taking, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized customer service, making customers feel welcome and attended to.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cafe area, including tables, counters, and equipment.
Monitor and manage inventory levels of food and beverages, ensuring that stock is replenished as needed.
Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure smooth operations and create a positive work environment.

Requirements

Prior experience in F&B or customer service roles is preferred, but not essential. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Passion for food and excellent customer service.
Ability to handle cash transactions and POS system.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays.
Food hygiene certification is an advantage, but not mandatory (training will be provided).
